General Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team, responsible for mixing and blending raw materials to produce various products within our product line. The successful candidate will work closely with batch records, tend to mixer tanks and compounding kettles, and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate mixer tanks, compounding kettles, and various mixers to mix and compound raw materials

– Weigh and transfer ingredients according to the formula

– Transfer raw materials and bulk products between storage and production areas

– Extract bulk samples for laboratory analysis

– Handle, sample, and dispense hazardous raw materials as necessary

– Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of equipment and compounding rooms

– Prepare and maintain batch documentation records

General Requirements:

– Perform all duties in compliance with SOPs, work instructions, master production documents, GMPs, and regulatory policies

– Ensure quality assurance and GMP in all decisions

– Prepare and maintain batch documentation records

Knowledge, Skills, and Work Experience Requirements:

– Practical experience in compounding or a related field

– Knowledge of GMP practices and principles

– Solid English reading and comprehension skills

– Basic math skills and experience with the metric system

– Reasoning ability to comprehend GMP and SOPs

– Ability to lift and maintain a high level of physical activity

Educational Requirements:

– High school or college diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, day shift

Work Location: In-person
